1-The training needs for the company staff were determined and classified. The training capabilities also were prepared and planed according to the full scan and the analysis of the workers efficiency reports and the concluded needs.

4-Contacting the expert trainers outside the company like the training and rehabilitation state institute, and the training centers at the local universities.

At any company the staff play very important role in success or the failure of the company therefore an exceptional important is given to the training of the staff according to their specialization and their work.

To support the training process a big training hall with a capacity of fifty person  was build in the company head office. The hall was supplied with best modern show and explanation  devices. Like this hall is also available in the company plants.
