One from the highest priorities of the management board in our company is to rehabilitate the company and it's plant according to the international standard specification (ISO 9001-2000). To accomplish this the company contracted with consultant engineering bureau at Al Mustenseria university. The real work start in 15/6/2002 whare a shared team was appointed by the mentioned bureau. The given time schedule contain the implemented ratios for the ISO management system for our company with a total ratio of (85%). The rest (15%) is related to the real and experimental application of the system and the problems that face the application. Studying and solving these problems will be done by the consultant team and the specialist in the company.
