Quality Policy of the southern cement state company and Kufa Cement Plant

The southern cement state company Kufa Cement plant  is seeking to implement a quality management system according to international standard (ISO 9001 - 2008) to achieve a conviction the consumer in the production of different types of cement in accordance with the approved technical specifications and continuous improvement.

Quality Objectives

Senior management determine the quality objectives to be compatible with the functions and levels implemented by the company's headquarters sections and Kufa Cement plant and compatible with the contents stated in the Quality Policy adopted. And noted that the objectives are realistic and viable, measurable and time-bound and follow through the quarterly management review meeting to see what has been applied, namely:

1. Achieve the designed capacities as quality and quantity to suit the wishes of the stakeholders and consumers through the best use of resources.
2. Achievement of financial performance and maintain the company's share in the domestic market and opening new markets for cement in Iraq.
3. Application of standards approved by the Iraqi Central Agency for Standardization and Quality Control No. 5 of 1984.
4. Retain distinguished rank among the national companies working in the field of cement industry.
5. Defining the responsibilities and powers of the influential factors on the quality of the product and processes.
6. Preserve the environment as part of corporate social responsibility towards the community by reducing pollution, water, air, soil and increasing the green areas.
7. Upgrading the performance of employees.
8. Reduce Defects .
9. Increase productivity.
10. Reduce customer complaints.
