It lies in Samawa city at Al muthena governorate. The plant start work in1979. It was build by Techno Stroy Export company. The plant maximum production is 450000 ten per year of cement. It has one production line and works with the wet process.

It lies about 15 Kilometers from Karbala governorate. The plant start work in 1984. It was build by Polemix company. The plant maximum production is 200000 ten per year of Quick and Hydrated Lime. And 140000 ten per year of Filler (CaCo3). It has two production lines.
